|HIVKids is an organization in Eureka whose mission, in their own words "is to provide food, clothing, shelter, and HAPPINESS to children and families who are infected, affected, or orphaned by HIV/AIDS."

Eureka is on the North Coast of California and just below Arcata, the home of Humboldt State University, where it just so happens our eldest daughter recieved both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees :)

|Bread & Roses - a non-profit organization that supports and empowers people who struggle to live well with HIV or AIDS. They serve 6,000 people each year from Fairfield County, Connecticut, as well as from the rest of Connecticut and New York. |Leeway, Connecticut's only free-standing nursing home for people with HIV/AIDS, officially opened in September 1995 and admitted the first patients in October 1995. Since then, Leeway has provided care for more than 220 people.|
Deleware Sites

|The Sussex County AIDS Committee (SCAC) was the first agency in lower Delaware to respond to the financial needs of persons with HIV infection or AIDS - CAC's original goal was to provide assistance for clients with financial need. In the past three years, SCAC has paid out over $80,000 in this program. These payments covered charges for Rent, Utility payments, Prescription medicines, Medical bills, and a host of other needs.
